PROMINOX operates one of the youngest and most complete machine fleet in the world. Since 1978 we renew and upgrade our fleet in an average time of 3 years, always standing with the same suppliers, in order to perfectly optimize the productivity and the useness of our fleet. After 2001 our fleet average rate is now 20 months. These equipements enables us to fullfill and meet all industrial challenges and customers needs. Along with this renewal, PROMINOX based its procurement on fully automatized systems, such as welding robots, welding intelligent moving robots, cutting systems, and digital shaping lines.

Our production fleet is divided into 6 categories: Cutting, Shaping, Welding, Mechanicals, Finishing and Erection. The whole fleet is computer controlled and remoted.

Manpower

Our manpower has been since always our key strenght, and we're continuing such way. Prominox team counts over 650 full time employees, and can top over 1000 according to projects. The average employement time within Prominox is 17 years, and this is what makes it a solid and performant team recognized nation and worldwide.

The Prominox's internal slogan is: A.T.P (Accuracy, Technicity, Professionalism). All employees are keept freshly updated with semestrial trainings and continued support. Not only we do a great job, but we also teach today's youths to make them ready for tomorrow's challenges and needs. Prominox has effective agreement with educational parties in order to provide mutual training and knowledge, such us national and european universities, inspection authorities, and private technical schools.
